This agent rehabs homes as cheap as possible. He covers cracks in the basement with make shift walls. Uses sticker type tile for kitchens and bathrooms. Makes promises and does not stick to them. We purchased a home from him. He refused to barter on the price and lied about other offers never received. Upon closing we discovered a drainage problem next to the garage. Water pooled there and was saturating the wall. First he offered to purchase the material and have me do the work myself. After I refused, he stated he contacted a contractor to do the work. I thought it was legit after speaking with the contractor and setting up an appointment. After two weeks and a no show I tried to contact the contractor to no avail. I was obviously scammed. I would never purchase another home from this company and advise you not to as well
