Private buy a previous house with Dennis P Norman and would recommend them to other home buyers.
lets see, 3 reviews, 3 on the same day, 3 without giving out last name. Obviously this is a poor job at increasing an already horrible score. Pathetic, just pathetic. Shame on Dennis Norman, he was a slumlord to sec.8 properties that never got needed repairs, he was a boss to employees who despised him due to him treating them horribly, and has more liens filed against him than any other builder (if you would even call him that).
Ann R buy a previous house with Dennis P Norman and would recommend them to other home buyers.
I'm an agent that has sold homes that have been built by Saaman Development, headed up by Dennis Norman..The quality of their homes is second to none...their customer service is something that all builders should strive for...
Cheryl J buy a previous house with Dennis P Norman and would recommend them to other home buyers.
I was buying a condo in a new development Saaman built..in November 2007 they discovered there were noise issues in the building as a result of the design...Instead of letting me proceed with my purchase they disclosed the noise issue to me about 2 weeks before closing, told me they were working on ways to solve it and gave me several options including a refund in full of my deposit and release from the contract, extending my closing until they figured out what was going on, or to proceed with closing...I was so impressed with them being so honest....Unfortunately most builders would have just kept quiet, let me close and it be my problem
Scott buy a previous house with Dennis P Norman and would recommend them to other home buyers.
Over the past 10 years I bought more than 50 homes for investment from Saaman...I always found them to be very honest and fair in their dealings...I would recommend to anyone
Fred buy a previous house with Dennis P Norman and would recommend them to other home buyers.
As an agent I dealt with and sold Saaman homes for years...they were top-notch builders and had the best reputation in St. Louis...unfortunately they fell victim to the unprecedented crash of the new home market.... Dennis Norman has a reputation second to none....

Mike buy a previous house with Dennis P Norman and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
no wonder Saaman is going out of business. The owner is an idiot who has no concept of how to run a real estate business.
Earl sell a previous house with Andrew Cohen and would recommend them to other home sellers.
great agent, very detail oriented, and great follow up....Sold my loft in the city through him, but I can pay 4%-5% with other agents as opposed to Andrew charging 7%. Other than that everything was perfecto!
Micah Jenerving buy a previous house with Andrew Cohen and would recommend them to other home buyers.
He helped me with my investment property package purchase of four rehab houses. Although one of the properties cost more to fix up than anticipated, it was beyond anyone's control. I was very satisfied with the sale and the presentation materials. My cash flow per month is higher than expected and anticipated!
Eddie Larson buy a previous house with Andrew Cohen and would recommend them to other home buyers.
Although his commission was higher than many others, you do get what you pay for. I was very satisfied with my commercial building purchase near Downtown St. Louis and I would highly recommend. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS...which in today's world goes a long way.
