- patiance. I don't get overly excitated and remain calm no mater what is happening. Some thimk I am too laid back but in the end were glad the I was it made them relax.

- My manager she is very supportive and is not afraid to give you the push you need but might not want. Her goal is for each of her agents to be the best they can be
