How many years have you been in Real Estate?: I have been in Real Estate since January 1, 1998.
What is the average home price in your market?: $189,000- $200,000
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I enjoy meeting and helping my clients. I tell them, I will take the stress for them.....to see their excietment at closing is the most rewarding part of my job.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Finding people who are truley qualified to purchase homes in this market and the forclosur inventory.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I think the most exciting moment was when I closed my first sale.
What is your best characteristic?: Entergetic Spirit!
Who or what inspires you the most?: Sucessful people inspire me. It takes a lot of work and pride to be sucessful.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Get a web site and learn new technology.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: I love the water.....I would like to retire living on a beach. For now, I am O.K. where I am at, Missouri.
