I can't say enough great things about Melissa. She helped us purchase a home a few years back and it turned out to be the transaction from hell. It was supposed to be a simple thing. Write the contract, purchase the home. Everyday there was a new problem either with the seller, the other Real Estate agent and especially the land survey.
