A few years back I was looking for a house and came across one listed by Mrs.Dumeyer and called for a showing. I was met by her husband who kept side stepping my questions about the house and when I made an offer that was within 10k of the asking, he rejected it out of hand. He never gave the offer to the owner and after remaining on the market for a year the house in question was foreclosed. Im my opinion the greed of the Dumeyer's cost someone a home.
