dennis behrens buy a previous house with Martin J Ribaudo and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Martin represented a leased space in which he has failed to return deposit and one month over payment. In a telecom with Martin about the matter he first hung up on me and the next day he returned my call. While screeming at me he indicated he had other things to do and would deal with this next week. The overall experience with this agent has not been what I would expect of a person representing such a company.
