Lisa Simmons buy a previous house with Ann C Cordeal and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
She often seemed in a bad mood. Rarely smiled. She complicated the transaction and made unreasonable demands of the seller, without our knowledge or consent. What should have been pleasant experience turned into a stressful one. I would not recommend this agent.
