I agree with everything in the previous reviews. I was extremely happy and relieved to be finished with this agent.

I'm not typically one to share opinions online, but this is an exceptional case. Although the person who said Kevin is "creepy, arrogant and confrontational" nailed it, I'll add my two cents. He's a failed lawyer, and you'll know why when you see him work his magic in negotiations. We were the sellers and he was the buying agent. He left important things on the table for the buyers and pushed us to the brink on small stuff that didn't matter to either seller or buyer. In 15 years of business I've never run into anyone so horrible, honestly. I actually walked by Kreikemeier on the street, when he didn't know who I was, and he could barely look me in the face, much less return my greeting. I have to ****ume the only business he gets is through family. Why anyone would deal with him otherwise is a complete mystery. Avoid this guy at all costs, whether buyer or seller. This is one nasty bitter little man. He tries to turn every conversation into a confrontation, and shows no courtesy to anyone involved in the transaction. He does not care about his clients or the other parties in the transaction - all he cares about is his commission. Why anyone would choose to work with him (unless they are family) is beyond me. Stay away from him at all costs!

The guy is creepy, confrontational, arrogant, and most of all, not well informed on his listings. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
