Welcome to St. Louis, Missouri! We are proud to be residents of a midwestern river city in the midst of our third century. There are many architectural treasures to be found in both the city and its surrounding suburbs. Recently we have seen a resurgence of interest in the preservation of our sturdy, primarily brick housing stock and sustainable, walkable neighborhoods. Despite offering the services and cultural attractions of a major urban area, housing here continues to be quite affordable. Opportunities abound for rehabbers to polish exquisite Victorian and Craftsman-era gems. Other choices include freshly renovated vintage homes and brand new construction. Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
The fall of 2008 and the first two months of 2009 were tough. The announcement of the $8,000 First-time Homebuyer economic stimulus and the arrival of spring have coincided to improve business significantly.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I'm able use my experience and talents to impact my clients lives in a positive way. I have the privilege of assisting them in managing the purchase or sale of a home, usually their greatest asset and center of their domestic life. I can offer solid advice on investment property management and construction/renovation that has positive effects on neighborhoods.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
In the past eighteen months, the market has been flooded with foreclosures and the lending climate has changed. These trends have impacted home prices negatively, and caused many Sellers to owe more on their mortgage than their home is worth.
