Every client is different, there is something new everyday, a new challenge or hurdle to overcome.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Wanting to move often, seeing so many homes makes you get the itch to move, there are so many cool homes out there.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Seller refinanced their home and appraisal came back at $380,000 in 2005. Home was not worth nearly that and I was able to perform a short sale and alleviate over $180,000 worth of debt for the Seller and keep them out of foreclosure.

What is your best characteristic?
Balanced/flexible

Who or what inspires you the most?
My grandfather who started his own real estate and insurance company, Ray Reinhold Realty.

What is the best advice you ever received?
The agent has not answered this question.
