Great Agent

Jane served as a transaction broker for a 2 family I purchased from my neighbor. She is professional, knowledgeable, and completed the process flawlessly. How many years have you been in Real Estate?: 30. I spent the first sixteen years of my career in residential investment property management.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I'm able use my experience and talents to impact my clients lives in a positive way. I have the privilege of assisting them in managing the purchase or sale of a home, usually their greatest asset and center of their domestic life. I can offer solid advice on investment property management and construction/renovation that has positive effects on neighborhoods.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: In the past eighteen months, the market has been flooded with foreclosures and the lending climate has changed. These trends have impacted home prices negatively, and caused many Sellers to owe more on their mortgage than their home is worth.
What is your best characteristic?: Patience.
