Jane served as a transaction broker for a 2 family I purchased from my neighbor. She is professional, knowledgeable, and completed the process flawlessly. She even set closing up at the owner's residence to assist her at her retirement facility. She answers her phone religiously for phone calls or calls you back within a few minutes.

I brought a home from this lady and this lady stole all my money knowing i have 10 kids. This lady took loans out on this property on i end up with nothing not a home for my kids. I rented a apartment years later to see have she change and 2009 she still have not change. This apartment had so much mold in it i passed own the mold killed me sooner then the doctors said. Faye is not a honest business person she is out for the money.She have property she do not fix on she have her tenets living in any conditions.She is not right and she is my sister.

We really wanted to buy a big, old house but lived in Belleville, IL and we weren't familiar with the St. Louis real estate market. mollenhoff reality is a slum lord they do not fix any thing on their properties and when they finally do get someone over to fix the problem the guy is drunk off his ass and goes thru your belongings this is not a very professional way to do business do not rent from them or you will be sorry mad tenant

I am very displeased having Jerry as my landlord. He does not have an direct line available to his tenants to use in emergencies. When my pipes froze, his secretary contacted me the following morning. They did not offer to help thaw my pipes at all, but, instead, said that they would thaw the next day. I had no preview of the poor state of the pipes. He leaves difficult conversations to his secretaries instead of handling them himself. When I can reach him on the phone he is curt and stubborn, unwilling to make the apartment safer and more liveable (i.e. install a peep hole in the back door). Additionally, when I asked that he have the parking lot scraped he refused and said that it would not snow anymore. He did provide a key to the outside door when I asked for one.

This person did an appraisal on my home and the comps he chose were not relavent. Even worse, were the numbers he put on the comps. For example, for a property in the same neighborhood of my house, he deducted a huge amt for location, claiming the comp was in a superior location even though it is in the same neighborhood. Then for a comp that was so far away it shouldn't have been used, he didn't credit my property for being in a MUCH better location. DON'T WALK AWAY, RUN from this appraiser and their whole company. They do not do their homework and they don't know what they are doing.

lets see, 3 reviews, 3 on the same day, 3 without giving out last name. Obviously this is a poor job at increasing an already horrible score. Pathetic, just pathetic. Shame on Dennis Norman, he was a slumlord to sec.8 properties that never got needed repairs, he was a boss to employees who despised him due to him treating them horribly, and has more liens filed against him than any other builder (if you would even call him that).

I'm an agent that has sold homes that have been built by Saaman Development, headed up by Dennis Norman..The quality of their homes is second to none...their customer service is something that all builders should strive for...

I was buying a condo in a new development Saaman built..in November 2007 they discovered there were noise issues in the building as a result of the design...Instead of letting me proceed with my purchase they disclosed the noise issue to me about 2 weeks before closing, told me they were working on ways to solve it and gave me several options including a refund in full of my deposit and release from the contract, extending my closing until they figured out what was going on, or to proceed with closing...I was so impressed with them being so honest....Unfortunately most builders would have just kept quiet, let me close and it be my problem

Over the past 10 years I bought more than 50 homes for investment from Saaman...I always found them to be very honest and fair in their dealings...I would recommend to anyone
