- Today's economy and all of the negative press regarding real estate. For a good buyer with solid credit, it's a great time to buy. Interest rates and home prices are at historic lows.

- All of my clients are success stories! I get great referrals from my clients and I often end up selling their friends and family homes as well. I treat my clients like family, and it has always served me well.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Total honesty. I will always tell you the truth, even if you don't want to hear it. My duty is to protect my clients best interest, no matter what.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I am inspired most by water - lakes, oceans, pools, whatever. Water calms me and helps me to relax and focus.

- Don't judge a book by it's cover.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- On a beach - Florida, Hawaii, Tahiti,??? I love the sand, sun, and water. Not so fond of the cold!
