- I love selling real estate. First Home Buyers, Second Home Buyers, it doesn't matter, I enjoy knowing that they got exactly what they wanted. My job is to listen to what they want and get it for them.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Making sure that each client is treated with an over and above attitude.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- My favorite success story was when I overheard a young couple in a restaurant talking about housing and how much rent they would have to pay and could they afford it. I said I don't mean to ease drop but if you can pay that kind of rent you could buy. I hooked them up with a lender and got them pre-approved and sold them a house for less then what their rent would of been. Since then I have sold them 4 houses all the way up to $500,000. They are my clients for life!

- That I am through and can multi task and remember to do everything that is necessary. I am very detail oriented

- The satisfaction that I receive when someone is happy and has closed on what they wanted.
