Bobbie did a great job selling my property, even in a tough market. My home sold fairly fast and for a good price. Bobbie's knowledge & experience were invaluable assets throughout the transaction.

Far more then anyone could expect from a real estate agent. She always answered or returned my calls in a timely fashion and she stopped to take the time to explain all of the legal information in a way any person could understand. Do not use her or visions realty to find a house. Veronica is clueless on how to sell a house. She never answers her phone, or returns phone calls. She has no sympathy for the buyer. I wouldn't use her unless you want to lose the house you love and a lot of money! She lies about everything.

There are many choices for Real Estate transactions. This would not be one to trust.

Do NOT use this Realtor. Very poor responsiveness and clearly not knowledgable of Real Estate. Borderline unethical practices. Veronica Bailey mis-represented a home as being eligible to be sold.

I didn't have an experience using this agent. She tried to sell me her house. She lied to us !!!! She told us that she was wanting to put in some hardware floors in on eroom so she had it mudjacked b/c it was it was a little uneven.She said by the time they got done mudjacking she had already spent to much money and decided just to do carpet. In the sellers disclosure she puts "Some Settling. Repaired by filling in conrete" When our parents started to take a look at the house we decided it was not worth the money and at the end she told us that she forgot she reallt didn't have it mudjacked ...she just had some dirt htronw around the edge of the house. Very unprofessional especially when I heard she was a part time agent!!!
