I started renting from Bronson and Ellis back at the beggining of 2009. I delt originally with a wonderful agent name Kyle Lewis. He gave a very wonderful impression of how things would be. Then i had to deal with Vicki. She was and has been the worst person to deal with. First she told me we could not move into the residence when we had agreed upon. Also they gave us the wrong address so we ended up having all of our utilities turned on at our neighbors house. She then fought us over the charges that we had to pay to have everything with that fixed. She says she is not our landlord but has never given us info on who we contact when we have a problem. And we have had many problems liveing here. Just based off of the way we have been treated as tenants, I would never go into any deal with Bronson and Ellis (now Weichert Realty). If this is how they treat you when you are renting, i can only imagine how they might treat you if you were to use them for a real estate agency.
