Jack sold a
home but would not recommend using Carl
for your home
sale.

Let’s see….. He lied to me and my wife about the property that was shown to us. Also, he just happened to fail to disclose to us that he is an owner of a mortgage company (First United Mortgage in Kansas City, MO.) located of off N. Oak Trafficway.
We unfortunately later discovered that he also, lied to us about the rates and programs that he had.
Carl claims to be FHA approved but that is not so either.
He runs the loan through another company…. Through our research we also became aware… too late… that the other company just happens to be owned by his Brother!
Thus resulting more or less in us paying for his foul disposition both with the higher rate and fees…..
Bottom line? He is no more that a deceptive crook!" Read full review |
