This guy is a scam artist....will say anything to close a deal.

Terri Rice helped me and my family find a great home that fit our needs. From the search for our home, through closing Terri explained everything we needed to know in order to get a great deal and a stress free 1st time home buyer experience. She also informed us of the tax credit in which were able to recieve the full credit which put several thousands of dollars in our pockets. Terri contacts us from time to time to make sure everything is going well and that we are not having in problems or concerns. When we are ready to upgrade, we will definitely call Terri Rice, she is our agent for life. I have also referred Terri to other friends, who were very happy with their experience and the results of their transactions with her.

Regrettably, I cannot recommend this agent. Ms. Watson proved not to be well-connected, nor aggressive in this endeavor. I found an inexperienced agent lacking a pound the pavement desire, lacking professional communication skills, lacking die-hard negotiations skills, etc. I found that she did not represent my best interests and negotiate on my behalf in a professional manner. I do not feel that this agent explored all options before letting a deal fall apart. She did not provide me with a detailed marketing plan to let me know how he or she will accomplish the sale of my home. She did not keep in touch to keep me abreast of what was transpiring, a crucial injustice. Overall she did not exhibit a positive presentation. I could not possibly recommend this agent for consideration.

She is the most unprofessional agent in Missouri. You don't want her as an agent (buyer/seller) period.

Simple things elude her. We had a simple problem that the keys to the property we were given didn't open half the doors to a multi-unit. All we needed were the origional keys we saw open the doors. Sometimes copied keys don't work no problem - we have been trying to get good ones for 3 days and we closed over a week ago.
