"Regrettably, I cannot recommend this agent. Ms. Watson proved not to be well-connected, nor aggressive in this endeavor. I found an inexperienced agent lacking a pound the pavement desire, lacking professional communication skills, lacking die-hard negotiations skills, etc. I found that she did not represent my best interests and negotiate on my behalf in a professional manner. I do not feel that this agent explored all options before letting a deal fall apart. She did not provide me with a detailed marketing plan to let me know how he or she will accomplish the sale of my home. She did not keep in touch to keep me abreast of what was transpiring, a crucial injustice. Overall she did not exhibit a positive presentation. I could not possibly recommend this agent for consideration."
