Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
It's something new every day. Not only do I work with new people and each transaction is different, there are so many changes in the financing and title company world it's almost like taking college courses in real estate/finance just to keep abreast of the rapidly changing face of real estate. Although you have to work really hard to keep everything on track, there is deep satisfaction when you come to the closing table.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Be yourself, always tell the truth, treat others the way you want to be treated, don't bear grudges or stay mad and sending out those positive vibes will always come back to you.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Other than Hawaii where the weather is always great, I'd stay right here in Columbia. Because of the Universities, there's always something going on in music and the arts, it's a hands on volunteer city, the hiking, biking and walking trails are beautiful and the people couldn't be nicer. I'm happy to share this great town and welcome people relocating from literally all over the world.
