April is our number 1 recommendation for anyone looking for a realtor. We enjoyed working with her and appreciated her willingness to find us a home suited to our needs, not just trying to sell us her listings. Other realtors were just interested in selling their property listings. April listened to our needs and wants and then contacted us a couple of days later with other listings that fit us. When other realtors contacted us, their first priority was finding out if we were interested in their listing, then would ask if we needed a realtor. That is the reason we stuck with April and plan to send more business her way—it was all about us and not about her!
A dedicated Professional
My husband and began looking for a house in August of 06' As much as I hate to admit it we are very, very picky. My husband and I also had different priorities in a home, which I'm sure made us challenging clients. April met with us on our schedule for countless weekends, I have no idea how many homes we looked at but I'm sure over 100 and for a solid six months.
