Mike is an excellent agent. He learned quickly what our likes and dislikes likes were and would help steer us away from houses that just weren't right for us. When we would narrow it down to 2 or 3 houses he would help weigh the pros and cons of each house.

I had a very good experience with Mike. He became a friend other than an agent. Mike was very helpful and friendly while looking at several homes. I enjoyed having him as an agent as well as a friend.

I was a complete greenhorn in real estate. I was actually on my way to sign a contract with another Prudential agent when I recieved a call based on an e-mail I had sent the night before. The call came from Mike. He responed to an e-mail about the house I was interested in via the Prudential web site. As I am literally driving to the Prudential office, I answered my phone to find the agent (Mike) on the other end, whom I had never spoke with before, was willing to meet me at the office with about 20 minuts notice. Long story short... He became my agent and lead me thru the whole process. He was able to help me with negotiations and dealing with my lender as well. I basicly said I want this house and he made it happen. My lender had nothing but good things to say about Mike's services. Since they both did this everyday and were able to make it so simple for a complete novice like myself, I'd say with great certainty that Mike is a great asset to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Mike did a fantastic job navigating me through the process of buying my first home. He was always available and sensitive to my situation. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed right down to the numbers of the utility companies. I really appreciate all his effort and would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Mike presented himself from the start as a young professional that is a go getter. Mike was a phone call away through the whole process. Mike's background with VA loans was a plus for us. Shayne was a fantastic agent for me. My home sold very fast. I did have it listed with other agents before Shayne, none of whom even generated an offer. I am very pleased with Shayne's services. He is professional, honest, and proactive. He generated a lot of showings and did what he said he was going to do. And he kept me informed along the way. I would recommend to Shayne to anyone.

I interviewed 7 agents before I selected Shayne Sowers. I wouldn’t recommend interviewing 7 agents but I would recommend hiring Shayne Sowers. He is an excellent salesperson. Very professional. Very hardworking. Always honest. He constantly communicated to me what was going on. He sold my home I n the first week, which was great because I was being transferred to Atlanta and did not want to accept what the relocation company was going to pay me for my home. Shayne sold it for $23,000 more than what the relo company had offered! Shayne was referred to my by my wife’s boss. I honestly would highly recommend Shayne if you absolutely have to sell your home. He aggressive approach will get your home sold. It did mine. And I thank him for that!
