We had a fairly difficult experience with a problem with our property, when we were close to closing. Lisa worked very hard to help us through it. She saved the day...
I contacted Lisa after unsuccessfully listing my home for sale with another local real estate agency. Lisa came to the table with great zeal and and lots of new ideas to get my home sold. She brought in a professional photographer/videographer and created a virtual tour of our property. Lisa then when out of her way to communicate with my bank and title company to get things moving on the short sale of the home; I don't even want to think of the amount of extra time she spent tracking down our case manager and getting the necessary documentation to all parties involved. In short because of Lisa's hardwork and dedication she was able to get an offer within a month and have everything else finalized soon thereafter. I normally do not like Real Estate Agents. They are pushy arrogant and seem to only look after their own intrests. My first agent tried to sell me obvious crap. However, from the get go Lisa looked after my intrests. She even talked me out of a few houses. Needless to say we bought our house within a week. The Best Agent Out There!
My husband and I had not bought a house in decades. We had never purchased a "New Construction" home and had never been in the business of renting houses. Lisa made it seem as though we had been in the business for years! From the time we started looking, Lisa displayed a huge amount of knowledge, not only about the areas we were wanting to build in, but also the return on investment that we could expect from each area, and even each individual floor plan. Once we settled on a plan, Lisa never stopped updating us. She did what she calls a "Construction Diary" on the house. As it was being built, her photographer would take these awesome virtual tours of the house and post them to her equally awesome web site for us, and all of our friends to see. At one point, the whole house got virtual tours just in case we needed to know what was behind the walls at some future date. We continue to enjoy a very solid income from the rent. Amazing Service
Lisa sold us our beautiful home even though we had never seen it. She had a virtual tour done so we could see everything. When we finally got to our house, it looked exactly as we had expected. About a year later, some family members were asking if we could send them the tour of the house so that they could see it, but we had lost the disc. No problem! Lisa sent the photographer back over and he shot a tour just like the first, only now our family was able to see our complete house, with our furniture, and some of the renovations that we had made. Sheer Genius!
Lisa sold our home on a short sale, and did so magnificently. The lender was a real pain in the rear end, but Lisa's patience, and humble attitude made everything come together perfectly. Not only did we not lose our house, or have to pay negative equity, but we also got a little income from the buyer for moving in early.
