Comments: "Hello. I had an opportunity to go to the open house on 1218 Sibley Memorial Hwy. The agent who was showing the house was Patty Gohman. I just wanted to let you know that we had a terrible experience.
My fiance and I walked in to find her on the phone. There was nobody else visiting, and she never introduced herself to us. We could hear that she was having a personal conversation, and not a business call. We stayed there for about 20 minutes visiting the house. This woman was on the phone the entire time during our visit, and had her back towards us most of the time. She was not available for any questions we may have had. We were amazed to see such poor customer service and left the property feeling shocked.
We have inherited a large sum of money from our family and have been shopping for a property the last few months. We have never been treated so badly like she treated us today." Read full review |
