Affordablility! Homes are much more affordable than in the past decade throughout the north and east Twin Cities Metro area!

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love helping people transition to a new place in their life and find their way home.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Overcoming the media's perception of the role a REALTOR plays in a successful transaction. A good agent can make the home buying/selling process LOOK easy but it does take skill and experience to make things happen.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Everytime a first time buyer gets the keys to their home it is a success!

What is your best characteristic?
The ability to listen to and really hear what my clients' needs are.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My grandmother. She would have made a great REALTOR as she was a great listener, very resourceful and loved to help others.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Your home is only worth what someone wants to pay for it today.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
With my family...where ever they are.
