Lindsay was the consummate professional every step of the way as she worked to sell our house in a tough market. She or one of her colleagues hosted at least one open house for us every weekend. She stayed in constant contact with us, updating us as to how many people had come through during a given week and what they liked/disliked about the house. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and she worked tirelessly to get us competitive offers. Because of Lindsay, our house sold quickly. She made what could have been a very stressful situation, an easy and smooth transition. We highly recommend her!

Holli Patch and Wayzata Bay Realty are a big joke. Her useless secretary Helen is the most rude jerk in the world. Mrs. Patch runs a ****py establishment with **** poor management of their apartment complexes. If you are looking for a nice place to live in the Western Suburbs, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ****PY ESTABLISHMENT!!!
