I bought a home from Mary Simon in 2009. She advertised that I would get a warranty with the home I purchased. I waited a month after closing and than contacted her through my agent. She said she was not responsible for it. I took her to the MN realtors board of ethics and they agreed with me. She was in violation of their rules. She has a letter of warning in her file now. Istill don't have my warranty. We will be in court next. She still will not resolve this on her own.

This agent has little or no communication with opposite parties. Numerous phone calls and emails were completely ignored. Very frustrating experience to say the least. I would seriously reconsider before hiring this agent to represent you on either side of a transaction.

We asked Troy Ziesmer to help us with refinancing our loan, and he made sure everything was taken care of, and he even called the Title company to make sure everything was good. When our lender dropped the ball and lied to us, he found us someone who could do it for us and they jumped right in. Thanks to Troy Ziesmer we now have our home refinanced at a better rate.

Troy was straight to the point no holds barred agent. He worked everything out with the Closers, Title Services, Mortgage Company and everything turned out incredible in the end. We had issues with our first lender who didnt come through and Burnet Home Loans and Title jumped in and took it over within a few hours. Saved everything. Troy Ziesmer is a Super Agent and Major stress reliever. Calmed us at every twist and turn when crazy buyers issues came up. And they always do. I even used him to sell our home and that was also without issue. Have recommended Troy every chance I get. This agent did not do much. Buyer's agent had to perform many selling agent responsibilities, including making multiple requests for property information, mowing, obtaining septic inspection, and placement of sold sign (never done!). Buyer's agent finally pulled entire sign out of ground and placed sawhorses with 'no tresp****ing' sign a week before the closing, in order to stop people from driving all over rural property and leaving lights on in outbuildings. Selling agent removed lock box and left the house key under five gallon pail on the patio a week before closing. Front storm door blew open, bent and gl**** shattered a month before closing; mangled door left visible to anyone driving down road advertising vacancy of property. Selling agent did not respond to queries pertaining to closing, and did not show up for closing, causing buyer's agent to do double duty in making corrections to documentation.
