We had our "family" home to sell. over 100 years old, and needed a lot of updates. Al gave us a list of workers and specialists that we could call and get our repairs started. From day 1, to the day we listed our home, Al was right there assisting with the projects and paperwork. He brought in his own "stager" that helped spruce the place up. Al also helped us out with the "probate process" of an estate. We couldn't have done it without him.!

We had lived in our home for close to 20 years. We were way overdue for something bigger but we were hesitant to go through the selling process. Al was very patient with us and worked with us for more than a year and a half. Al never questioned our choice of property we requested a showing on but sometimes would say "Are you sure?". We should have listened to Al and saved his time and ours. He is very knowledgable and made the selling and purchasing process very easy. Once our house sold, we had approximately three and a half weeks to find a property to buy. Al worked with us every step of the way and made himself available for showings on our schedule and to meet the tight time frame we were up against. We have been in our home for three months now and couldn't be happier.
