Billy does not return phone calls to potential buyers. We believe that he is not submitting all offers to the bank. We have contacted a Realty licensing agency to look into this issue we are having with Billy.

Trent Jonas was fined $2 million in damages from 3,000 unreported mortgages. I would definitely not select Trent Jonas for anything regarding real estate. In fact he probably doesn't even have a valid license.

This realtor is only in it for the money...your money!!! As our realtor (we were buyers), she expected us to offer asking price or more in markets that are not in demand. All the advice she gave us (to give in to what the seller wanted) we did the opposite against her judgement, and we got what we asked for. Any questions we had for her, we ended up asking other realtors, bankers, and the selling agents to find the answers. If she did have an answer it was wrong or vague enough to be up in the air. Each step on the way, we had to remind/prompt her to take the next step. Find someone who is willing to work for you and not out to just get your hard earned money!

Do not trust anything this man tells you. Mention his name and most people cringe. He is manipulative and scandalous. He will do anything including lie to your face to get ahead. He was horrible to work with. Just glad it's over. Bottom line he is unethical and I would never trust him. If you are working with him Good luck.

He especializes in forclosed, Gov-owned, state owned Hud properties.. He was even on TV as the top realtor in the State!!
