This realtor uses an extreme hard sell approach that was off putting. I reckon she must lose sales it is so unpleasant.

One of the rudest people I have worked with in a long time. I made an offer on a property she had listed, then when I decided to decline the counter offer she insulted me, accused me of wasting her time, and acted as if I was beneath her. I believe that she made some very quick, very inaccurate assumptions about me which clouded her judgement. I would avoid this realtor, it doesn't pay to insult potential buyers.

As buyers, having dealt with several unpleasant realtors in Rochester we finally happened upon Don. Don is very friendly, easy going, and helpful. A breath of fresh air and the only realtor that actually seemed to be looking out for our interests.

I just moved from Arizona and bought a home with Beth. Everything went so smooth and effortless I am still in awe. She found us a home that is perfect and I can not believe how easy she made it.

We dealt with Carson on the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. He represented the seller. We found him to be disorganized, talked out of both sides of his mouth, and lacked integrity. He would tell us one thing on one occasion, and then when he was asked to act on what he committed to he would change his story. When it came right down to it, he lied to us on several occasions. We found that Carson would say whatever needs to be said to make a sale, whether it was true or not. Carson does not deal with pressure well. At closing one of his lies finally came to roost, and he threw his arms up in the air and literally walked away from the problem and said it wasn't his problem. The mortgage broker stepped up to the plate in a professional manner and covered for Carson with dollars out of his own pocket to make the transaction happen. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS REALTOR!!!
