- The average sale price in Rochester in 2008 was 187,000. My average sale price in 2008 was 318,000.
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I love everything about it! My favorite part is the negotiating. I also feel like problem solving is one of my strengths,
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- I get very frustrated by all the negative press regarding the housing market. I believe the media should focus on the positives----such as the fantastic deals that are out there and the awesome mortgage rates!
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- This week I listed 4 houses----all four of them are houses that I sold to the current owners. I have three more listing appointments this week--all three have been personally referred to me. I really love happy customers and repeat business!!!!!
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am very honest and I work hard for my customers. I am a good listener and a great problem solver.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I am very inspired by extremely satisfied customers. It is a very rewarding feeling to sit at the closing table with people who appreciate how hard I have worked for them.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- The best advice I have ever received regarding Real Estate is to establish good relationships with the other agents---it is truely the only way to create a winning situation for all of my customers.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Rochester, Minnesota---I love this city!!!!
