I purchased a home with the help of Michelle and found her to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I felt the inspector she recommended to evaluate the property was extremely thorough and caught everything that was important (and even lots that were minor). I also really appreciated Michelle's willingness to meet at the house several times during the buying process to take a 2nd look at things and take measurements. I especially appreciate Michelle's negotiation skills and I'm confident she saved me thousands compared to what I was willing to pay for the house, and negotiated well to get the seller's to do things I would not necessarily have thought to ask for.
