Ron Cunningham, despite his congeniality, fails to uphold his integrity as a realtor. On one occasion, my wife spoke to him on the telephone to inform him that we were wavering between two homes to buy and that we would contact him in the morning. Despite sounding supportive, when we said goodbye we heard him slam the phone (as if he was trying to disconnect but failed to do so). We then heard him yell, "Idiots!" as he got a call on his cell phone. Still listening, we heard him talking to a personal contact, saying, "Yeah, just got off the phone with a couple of losers." We quickly found another agent. After inquiring about Cunningham, we learned that his outbursts are well known at Coldwell Banker Burnet and his previous location, Edina Realty. It was tragic. He seemed like a nice individual, but his behind-the-scenes behavior was simply uncalled for, especially since my wife and I were first time homebuyers.
