- I find my job as a Realtor to be very rewarding so I turn all of my challenges into positive experiences.

- I had a house on the market and the clients had gotten a job out of state and she was left here to tend to the house and the sale. She was also 8 months pregnant. My husband, children and I went over to their home and recarpeted their home so that it could be sold. She was so appreciative and we sold her home in 1 week!

- Being understanding.

- What is the best advice you ever received?
- When helping customers treat them as you would like to be treated when you are buying a home. Keep them up-to-date on the market and let them know the changes.

- Right here in Fargo/Moorhead. Little crime and everyone is so friendly.
