I have been in Real Estate Licensed since 1994/95. 14+ years. I hold the GRI, SRS, RECS, REALTOR, designations. I was a remodeling/redecorating contractor for 10 yrs, Owned two resturants, and taught Anatomy,Physiology,Chemistry,Biology for 33 yrs. I also was a IBM unit records accountant and machine wiring/operator from 1957 to 1963 when I went back to school and got an AA,BS,MS set of degrees. I did not finish the Phd paper.
