Charlie buy a previous house with Charles C Lindley and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
A realtor is in jail Wednesday, after he allegedly stole prescription drugs from west Metro homes he had access to. Police said 64-year-old Charles Lindley had no trouble getting into the homes because he had keys to their front doors. "Charlie called to set up a showing of my house. He came and went through the house without the client and told me the client had cancelled, but he went through the house anyway," said one of Lindley’s clients. The man asked that 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS did not identify him. According to police, the man’s experience fits the pattern of other victims. "Most of the time, he'd call and cancel or at least say he'd cancelled. Once he had the code to get into the house," explained Minnetonka Police Detective David Riegert. In one case, police said a family watched from a neighbor’s home during a scheduled showing and noticed something wrong. "There were no customers brought to the house for the showing. It was just the realtor by himself that showed up," said
