Realtor doesn't return phone calls, bad realtor to deal with as buyers. Would not recomend. Blocks his phone number becuase at times he's unreachable and has no voicemail.

Forrest is extremely thorough from the beginning to the end!!! He works extremely close to us and made sure he knew what we were wanting. He points out absolutely everything you need to know when looking at the houses. He showed us over 80 homes. He explains all closing costs line items and tells you exactly what you will need for closing. He is an agent and a broker, so he can process your loan also. I have only used him in both our purchasing, selling, AND refinancing of our homes. He is THE BEST.

Frank D'Angelo is an incredibly Tech Savvy Real Estate broker who featured our home above and beyond the typical real estate agent. More importantly, he kept us informed weekly regarding marketing plan adjustments, virtual and actual traffic reports and feedback. I recommend Frank D'Angelo

I lived in the same building as JS and the other poster in Bryan's review. They were not great neighbors! I know Bryan had trouble with them not paying their rent because he was always there a number if times to get the rent every month. The mortgage guy who lived there had to have his Mom co-sign the lease because she wanted to get him out of her house (LOSER), if that tells you what kind of renter he was. Bryan was great to us, but we also paid our rent on time and didn't get fired from our jobs because we were lazy and didn't want to go to work. If I was him I would have kicked them out a long time ago. Our place was always well maintained and he always fixed stuff right away. Plus he is a nice guy and let us out of our lease when I got transferred. Wish they had landlords like him in Colorado! Bryan- don't let these losers taint you. They will always be trying to scam the system.

Tom is the WORST agent ever!! He does NOT I repeat DOES NOT get to his calls on time nor does he return calls promptly!!! That goes the same for emails! There are WAY better agents out there that go the extra mile or two!! Working with him was torturous!! I recommend that if you have the choice please please do not work with him!!!!

Jeff Olson has been very difficult and so has his company, Innovative Properties. He is only interested in making money off of renters, and has what seems to be NO concern for them or their living conditions. I am writing this review to prevent potential renters from making the mistake of trusting Jeff Olson or Innovative Properties.

I would think twice before using this agent.

I sold my home to him, he stopped making payments. I had to sue him. He is not to be trusted.
