- The average home price is about $250,000.

- I love being a realtor because I like being included in my clients' vision of the "American Dream".
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The most challenging issue I face as a realtor in this market is getting potential buyers to understand that the current decline in this market will pass as it hasn previous years.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- One favorite moment and reality check was an afternoon of showing appointments with my clients two children and an extra fuzzy full grown golden retriever and german shepard a few years back. The family pets were brought along to ensure that the yards were large enough for them to run and play freely. The family finally settled on a mid-range home just on the edge of Minneapolis that sat on 7/8 acre lot next to a small pond.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am very open minded and can work with and be comfortable with people from all walks of life.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My Grandma has always been my biggest fan and inspirer for anything I've ever wanted to do. She always made me believe that there was always so much more to life than the small amount that we can see .
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Stand up straight! Don't chew with your mouth open! Everything Is Negotiable!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Just off Lake Harriet close to downtown Minneapolis or the Crocus Hill neighborhood of St Paul, MN.
