Rakia hasnt had much experience and it showed thank goodness her broker is very knowledgable and was able to get the job done I wouldn't use her she has no sense of loyalty to her customers. Check her sells record she hasnt done many deals since she been in business. She should stick to selling clothes not houses!!!!

Tonia is very professional and straight to the point I am very please with her service to me and to my family. She is excellent on pricing and negoiation. So if you want a good deal and not get riped off by mortgage companys you got the right person

This lady is extremely rude. She doesn't know what she's doing. It's as if she couldn't get a job w/ a good realty company because of her attitude and has had to start her failing business as a result. Run, don't walk away from this one!!!!!!!
