Excellent Agent

I have known Caprice for about 7 months and she has been very helpful to me. She has bent over backwards to help me find what I was looking for what area I was looking to buy. What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Helping clients that have had bought wrong and helping though these tough time. Helping individuals that have blemished credit that are really trying to own a home.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
A recent client of mine who is single mom had great desire in owning her own home. Had little money and slightly blemished credit. We matched her with a loan officer that is trusted by our team. She was approved after a few things that she cleared on her credit. We had a budget of $100,000. We must of looked at about 75 homes, most of which were in need of work. She was determined and persistant. After weeks of shopping, there it was the house that need no work and it was in her budget. She was overwhelmed with joy. Needless to say she wrote on the house, we were in multiple offers. Her offer was excepted. We experienced a few challenges along the way buy with our team of experts we were able to create solutions. She called me after she moved in and shared her appreciation. It bought tears to my eyes. We knew that we made a difference in her life.
