P.C. buy a previous house with Jeffrey D Olson and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Jeff Olson has been very difficult and so has his company, Innovative Properties. He is only interested in making money off of renters, and has what seems to be NO concern for them or their living conditions. I am writing this review to prevent potential renters from making the mistake of trusting Jeff Olson or Innovative Properties.
