The Gooch buy a previous house with Clark A Gassen and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Gassen is a real-a-state scumbag to say the very least. He is currently being sued by 4 different condo assocations around the Minneapolis area. He's hurt lots of good folks with his shoddy work and should no longer be able to work in the industry he helped ruin. Do not trust a word he says.
