- The best part of my business is getting to see so many homes; each with their own charm and personality. When my clients find the home of their dreams, they are thrilled and so happy. To see someone fulfull the american dream is what makes this business so enjoyable.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The ever changing real estate market. Your homes value changes with market conditions. Educating sellers on the value of their home in current conditions can be eye opening. The ultimate price your home will sell for is determined by the buyers currently in the market.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- One time when showing clients several homes for sale, I opened the door of the next home. The sellers forgot to take their dog with them. It was a big dog, a standard poodle to be exact. That dog came at me barking and showing teeth. I closed the front door quickly. My clients said they really wanted to see this house and that this could be "the one". I opened the door again and tried to show no fear with the dog barking; and in my calmest voice said "Hi Handsome". The dog immediately calmed down and the buyers were able to come in and see the property.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I have been told by several past clients that I am always very professional. I'm also good and managing emotions and expectations during the process. Educating and communicating all throughout the transaction.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My inspiration comes from many different areas. The one I try not to lose focus on is having integrity in myself. When I'm truthful with myself, everyday is a great day to be alive.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Treat others as you would like to be treated. Pay it forward.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I have traveled the US extensively and parts of Europe. There's a reason why I came back to Minnesota. I love the lakes, the woods, and the vibrant city life of Minneapolis.
