I purchased my first home and hired Nancy as my agent based on the recommendation of a friend. I cannot stress enough how great of a realtor she is. She's knowledgeable, personable, and a great negotiator. Any issues that have come up have been covered on my end because she had the foresight to include clauses in our contracts and the like. I truly think she is one of the best if not the best realtor in the cities.
