Great Landlord !!
I lived in the same building as JS and the other poster in Bryan's review. They were not great neighbors! I know Bryan had trouble with them not paying their rent because he was always there a number if times to get the rent every month. The mortgage guy who lived there had to have his Mom co-sign the lease because she wanted to get him out of her house (LOSER), if that tells you what kind of renter he was. Bryan was great to us, but we also paid our rent on time and didn't get fired from our jobs because we were lazy and didn't want to go to work. If I was him I would have kicked them out a long time ago. Our place was always well maintained and he always fixed stuff right away. Plus he is a nice guy and let us out of our lease when I got transferred. Wish they had landlords like him in Colorado! Bryan- don't let these losers taint you. They will always be trying to scam the system.

Agreed with the previous post. This man is a spawn from Satan himself. His smile-in-your-face attitude and slimy tactic make him a realtor/human being that I am ashamed to say I breathe the same air. F*ck him and the horse that he might ride. DO NOT USE HIM HE WILL F you in the "A". By the way ask him how much he loves the '90's

Attention renters: Do not rent from this man or Cityscape realty! He is a bold faced liar and he will try to take every penny he can from you. In all of my 10+ years as a renter I have never had a worse landlord! He will take your money if you are not careful and he will do it with a smile on his evil face. Bryan Wood is a liar and a thief. Just ask the judge who ruled in my favor.
