victims mom buy a previous house with John M Rubischko and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
John M. Rubischko was sentenced on January 28, 2009 to 63 months on charge #1 and 24 months on charge #2. His total is 87 months with 5 years of special parole. He must serve 80% of his sentence before being elegible for parole. This is about how long it will take for his victims to recover and he will walk out with a clean slate and probably a decent credit rating. This is sad, because the victims recovery will be on them alone and the man who caused it will go on to mess with others. He won't be in banking, but there are plenty of ways for a con man to con. Watch out in a few years, he will be back to do more dirt. If you think time will change him, ask his mother. She raised him and he robbed her first. It worked, so he went on to non-relatives. Next one was an employee and after that, a woman he was dating for a very brief time. There is no moral compass in this man. I wish I could be there when they put him on the bus to Federal Prison. Diesel therapy for John!

My daughter is one of his victims as is a good friend. Bremer is not a victim. Bremer is as quilty of fraud as Rubischko because their agent worked hand in hand with Rubischko to defraud people who had placed their trust with him and an alledgedly trustworthy bank. Rubischko is being sentenced today 1/28/09 and if there really is any justice in this country, he will go away for a long time and Bremer will be forced to use their insurance to make their victims whole again. Who can you trust nowdays? Certainly not the bankers who steal from us while decorating their own lives in lavish style. Thanks for letting me vent.
