Purchase of my Town Home
Wanda was referred to me by another agent from Counselor Realty,since my situation required that I purchase a residence in short order. I had a small down payment to work with but a very good credit rating. She listened to me when I told her what I was looking for and stayed within the parameters that I had set up for the purchase of my townhouse. Once she knew what I needed she did all the leg work necessary. She went the extra mile to make sure that we stayed within my limits and to guarantee that I would have a trouble free purchase.
