Great Experience

Cheryl Retterath really negotiated a great price and everyone left the closing table with a smile. We got our bottom line and the buyers were happy, too. Cheryl is great with staging a home to look great on the internet and really seems to have fun with marketing. We were able to leave town for our new jobs and know Cheryl would take care of our home and make sure everything was ready for every showing. It took the pressure off of us, knowing we had someone to trust.

Who or what inspires you the most?: My past clients who are so happy to be in their homes. Their smiles are truly inspiring. I want to bring that joy to every client.
