My wife and I have a tremendous experience with Patrick. We decided to work with Patrick on a Thursday. He met with us the following Saturday. Showed us houses on Monday and Wednesday, and submitted our offer on the place we loved the next day. He is very knowledgeable and picked up on a number of important factors that we overlooked when viewing properties. Going with Patrick as our realtor was one of the best decisions we made when it came to buying our first house. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was happy to answer any question we had. He was more than willing to accommodate our crazy schedules. We never felt any pressure from him at any in the home buying process. It was obvious that he enjoys what he does and wanted to help us find the house we wanted for the best price we could get. We always felt that he was working in our best interest. After our offer was accepted on our house, he recommended a great home inspection company and even attended the inspection with us. He also suggested we have the radon levels in the home tested, which is good, because they were high. He then negotiated on our behalf to have the seller pay the mitigation cost. The icing on the cake is that he is also very friendly and personable. I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Took us a while, but we found the right one!
Patrick was extremely helpful and understanding through the entire process of buying my first home. He helped me make intelligent choices when it came to offers. He pointed things out in the houses we looked at that I might have looked over. He explained everything to me when something wasn't clear. And he was very good about keeping in touch, and very friendly. It took us a while to find the right house. We did swing and miss on a couple. But in the end, we got the right one and I give a lot of credit to Patrick.

As first time home buyers, we knew very little about real estate and the home buying process. Patrick took the time to educate us on how everything works and what to expect. He guided us through the whole experience, and quickly answered my many daily e-mails. After looking at many homes, we were getting discouraged, but Patrick kept us optimistic that we would find the right house for us. Once we found a house, Patrick kept in frequent contact with us on what was going on and kept us on track for closing.
